The quest begins

"All aboard, Coojee! All hands on neck and full speed ahead! We must be in the North Sea by dawn!"

And so, as the moon began to rise, they set off on their adventure...



A little boy sees Nessie and Coojee through his telescope Later that night, in a cottage further along the banks of Loch Ness, a small boy (who should have been asleep, by the way) was at his bedroom window gazing at the moon through his new telescope when suddenly his eyes nearly popped out of his head!

On they journeyed through the darkness and, as the hours passed, Coojee began to feel fidgety...

"How much further to the North Sea, Nessie?" he asked.

"Och, it's not long now," she replied, "I'm going as fast as I can!"

Nessie and Coojee lost in the fog But even as she spoke they found themselves surrounded by thick, swirling cloud.

"What's happening?" shouted Coojee...

"Fog!" replied Nessie.

After what seemed like an eternity the fog began to lift - and, to their surprise, it was already morning. Suddenly, Coojee gave a cry, "Land, ho!"...

Nessie and Coojee scramble onto a strange rocky shore and within minutes they were clambering onto a strange and rocky shore.

"Wow!" exclaimed Coojee, "What a weird looking place!"

"Aye," said Nessie, "Must be England!"

"Do you hear what I hear?" whispered Coojee. "It seems to be coming from behind that rock."

"Let's take a look, then."

Nessie and Coojee find an enormous shoe They crept stealthily forwards, not making a sound, and, - what d' you think they saw? A shoe! An enormous shoe! Size 99 at least! And the tapping was coming from inside it. And that's not all. Just then a voice began to sing ...
